Philanthropic services of Shri. R. Bhaskaar

R. Bhaskaar is the Managing Director of BLB Estates – a leading name in the sale of government approved residential plots. For the past 10 years, BLB Estates has earned the unshakable trust of people purely through its integrity. 

Bhaskaar’s father, the late Shri. R.K.Ramalingam Pillai, dedicated his life for the cause of those around him. Inspired by his father’s overwhelmingly altruistic nature, Bhaskaar founded the ‘Cumbum Ramalingam Pillai Trust’ which endeavours for the betterment of the deserving strata of society.


The trust has five definite goals:

(a) Financial aid to assist with the marriage of girls from impoverished families
(b) Free meals (Annathanam) for the poor
(c) procuring and distributing equipment for the handicapped
(d) Ancient temple renovation works and
(e) Financial aid to the education of poor students in all levels. 

Having evolved from a humble beginning to an eminent personality in his industry, Bhaskaar possesses a keen sensitivity to the needs of the downtrodden. Over the years, he has been allocating a sizable portion of his earnings for the activities of the trust. Being an extremely pious person, he dedicates himself to various religious activities.

In a society where righteousness is rapidly becoming a rarity, Bhaskaar stands apart as an icon of a selfless human being. His life serves as a powerful testimony to the fact that service to humanity is service to God. Through his virtuous approach, he has inspired many to lead a meaningful life.
